A Sweet First Look

This wedding was defined by vibrant colors & radiant joy. The love between this couple was infectious – enough so that there wasn’t a moment without laughter throughout the entire day. Before this cobblestone garden ceremony and ballroom reception, these two spent the morning getting ready at their home with family and friends (and their furry feline). They shared a sweet “first look” at the bottom of the stairs before gathering the crew and heading to The Cookery.

Tender Moments in the Garden

If you were in the midst of this wedding, you were either laughing or crying – or both. The beautiful bride walked down the aisle with both of her parents, while bridesmaids in pink dresses & groomsmen in magenta ties looked on. The groom could barely contain his excitement – with wide smiles, the two exchanged “I Do’s” and with a tender kiss, were married!

To Have & To Hold

The bright hues & intricate details of this day are some of our favorite things.

Mr. & Mrs.

We love small details and they were in abundance during this day! Our favorite part was the classic arbor adorned with florals used during the ceremony was moved from the garden to the ballroom, giving the couple a beautiful backdrop against our exposed brick walls.

Toasting the Happy Couple

Celebrating the love between these two was so easy. The two shared a romantic first dance, complete with twirls to show off the brides stunning dress. There wasn’t a dry eye in the ballroom when the bride shared a dance with her father, whose toast later in the evening produced the same emotion. After dinner and a few drinks, close friends and family toasted to the happy couple and kept the evening going on the dance floor.

The Next Step

These ballroom stairs are the perfect place for the newly-weds to enter the reception, and for toasts & speeches.
